Breakfast Club Playworker
St Peter-in-Thanet Junior School
We are looking for a warm, reliable and enthusiastic Breakfast Club Playworker to join our friendly school community at St Peter-in-Thanet Junior School.
This is a lovely role for someone who enjoys working with children and helping them start their day in a calm, happy and positive way.
Hours:
🕢 Monday to Friday, 7.45am – 9.00am (term time)
The role will include:
1. Welcoming children into Breakfast Club
2. Helping children settle in and feel safe and comfortable
3. Supporting breakfast time and light play activities
4. Providing care and supervision before the school day begins
5. Creating a relaxed, friendly environment to start the day well
We are looking for someone who:
6. Is kind, patient and approachable
7. Enjoys working with children
8. Is dependable and punctual for early mornings
9. Can work well as part of a small, friendly team
10. Experience with children is helpful, but not essential
