You will bebased in the central Estates Services but working across the citywith all colleges.
The Collegiate AccommodationService Manager has been set up to support graduate students infinding accommodation in the University and across all thecolleges. We are looking for the right person to grow the serviceover the next three years with an eye on how it can further supportthe journey of Oxford students in relation to theiraccommodation.
Tasks
Based inEstates Services but working across all colleges the CollegiateAccommodation Service Manager will work with Accommodation Managersin colleges as well as the Graduate Accommodation Service inEstates to ensure that students are able to find accommodation thatmeets their needs when their own college is full.
The manager will report to college andUniversity committees on the performance of the service and proposeideas for growth andimprovement.
Requirements
Doyou have a thorough understanding of student accommodationincluding insight into the challenges faced bystudents
Do you have the motivation to pick upthe service in the pilot stages and grow it in line with the needsof the University and its colleges
Can you engagemultiple stakeholders and develop strong workingrelationships
Can you work to and develop robuststandards and KPIs
Do you have a desire to workwithin and promote a culture of customer service and continuousimprovement
