Salary: Hay 8, £21,786 - £23,668
Contract: Permanent, commencing 1st September

We are looking to appoint a diverse and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant to support and cover classes across the school.
The post will involve:
6. Differentiating the curriculum to meet the needs of all children
7. Planning and leading intervention
8. Teaching classes to release the teacher for PPA
9. Liaising with teachers and parents
10. Cover for short notice teacher absence as well as planned cover
11. General Teaching Assistant duties
We are looking for someone with:
• The HLTA status or equivalent
• Experience of teaching whole classes especially within KS1 and KS2
• A good understanding of SEND within a primary school setting
• Energy, enthusiasm and a good sense of humour
• The ability to use their initiative and be flexible.
