Are you an experienced IT Procurement professional with a sharp eye for value and a strategic mindset? We're looking for a contract IT Procurement Specialist to join our team and help us source, negotiate, and manage best-in-class IT services, hardware, and software for a multi-site, global organisation.
You’ll work remotely, collaborating closely with the IT Director, wider IT teams, and Supply Chain.
🔧 What You’ll Be Doing
* Analyse and understand the IT procurement needs of the business
* Research and identify the right vendors and suppliers
* Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service levels
* Ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality procurement outcomes
* Maintain supplier relationships
* Track and manage procurement records, contracts, and invoices
* Collaborate with IT teams on current and future tech needs
* Stay up to date with IT market trends and innovations
* Review existing contracts and lead renewal or re-tendering plans
* Contribute to global procurement strategy development
✅ What We’re Looking For
* Solid experience in IT procurement (hardware, software, and services)
* Strong negotiation, supplier management, and contract skills
* Good understanding of multi-site/global IT infrastructure
* Familiarity with project-based procurement and implementation
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* CIPS qualification preferred (but not essential)
