Duties and Responsibilities As Assistant Restaurant Manager, I will assume responsibility for the efficient operation of the Food & Beverage department to provide exceptional product and service within brand operating standards. The duties and responsibilities will include: - Products and services will be constantly assessed and reviewed to remain relevant, innovative and in keeping with Six Senses wellness and sustainability practices. - Focus and support our rigorous adherence to LQA standards. - Assist on providing an exceptional guest experience service in F&B Department. - Effectively carry out service recovery or charge our hosts to do so in the event of guest complaints. - Inspecting department and guests' orders on a regular basis and ensuring any maintenance and product improvements are actioned within the designated time frame. - Support on leading a team of engaged and experienced hosts to provide the Six Senses exceptional standards of service. - Assist on the monthly inventory. - Thorough knowledge of all facilities and services offered by the property. Qualifications To execute the position of Assistant Restaurant Manager, I must have the required qualifications, technical skills and experience in a similar role in luxury hotels with proven results and includes the following: - High school diploma or equivalent and at least 1-3 years restaurant supervisory experience in a full-service outlet or similar setting. Hospitality Management Degree or some college preferred. - Fluent in English; I understand that additional languages are preferred. - Be familiar with Food and beverage terminology, application, operation, wine service, costs, menu development food and hygiene codes and controlling inventory.
