About the Role
As a Sales Account Manager, you will be the face of Hilti, the very foundation of our business and direct sales model, and part of our community of 350+ Account Managers in Great Britain alone.
This field-based role involves having meaningful interactions with customers and taking a consultative approach to support them in improving productivity, safety, and sustainability through Hilti Tools and Software.

What does the role involve?
* Managing operational, organisational, and strategic sales and accounts within your territory.
* Traveling to customer sites in your designated region Monday-Friday to build relationships and expand business by understanding customer needs and providing tailored Hilti solutions.
* Demonstrating our innovative tools and state-of-the-art software.
* Utilizing Salesforce CRM system effectively.
* Achieving defined sales targets in your region.
