The candidate will possess a wide range of skills and experience necessary to deliver an effective, efficient, and professional security service that meets the needs of the client and ensures the safety of people, property, and assets. As a key point of contact for staff, visitors, and tenants, the candidate will be expected to communicate effectively at all levels, both verbally and in writing, while conducting in a professional manner at all times. Position: CCTV ControllerPay rate: £14.48 per hour Shift Pattern: 2 week rolling roster days and nightsWeek 1: Nights - Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday Week 2: Nights - Wednesday and Thursday. Investigate and take the appropriate lawfully action as authorised by the corporate policy on accidents, incidents, trespassing, suspicious activities, safety and fire incidents Must have: Valid Frontline and CCTV SIA licence (essential)Proven work experience as a skilled security officer (min 1 year) Excellent customer service and communication skills in all aspects of the roleStrong ability to motivate self and teamHigh level of self-presentation IT literate- Ability to operate detecting systems and emergency equipment Experience in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPointQuick thinking and problem-solving skills Proactive towards job responsibilities and adhere to site security protocolA positive attitude to dealing with people and taking on challenges 5-year checkable work history Who We Are:Ward Security provides security services solutions to a range of UK businesses.
