Fintech | Staff Software Engineer | C# .Net | Belfast | Hybrid | £75k
Would you like to join an established FinTech company in strong growth mode?
You’ll be joining a stable software engineering team supporting a well-established product - no firefighting required. This is a US-headquartered multinational FinTech company with a modern office in Belfast, offering a hybrid working model (3 days per week in the office).
You will provide broad and in-depth expertise in code analysis, development and testing, ensuring high‑quality solutions, compliance with industry standards and clear documentation. You will also assist with software deployments, provide estimates for complex initiatives and identify and resolve issues efficiently.
What you need:
* 6+ years of software engineering experience, strong in C# .NET
* Designing and implementing scalable web services
* Experience with relational databases (SQL Server or similar)
* CI/CD experience (e.g., Bamboo, Jenkins, GitLab) and test automation (unit tests, BDD/SpecFlow)
* Solid understanding of design patterns, OOP, refactoring and software design principles
