In this leadership role, you will provide comprehensive legal advice on employment issues, manage disputes, and draft essential documentation. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent negotiation skills and a proactive approach to client management.
Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive legal advice on employment issues
* Manage disputes and draft essential documentation
* Discharge leadership duties within the employment team and support junior colleagues as required
* Proactively manage client relationships and communicate effectively with clients
Qualifications
* Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years'' PQE in Employment Law

Benefits & Salary
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 plus generous benefits, including 25 days annual leave and opportunities for community engagement.
