Pensions Analyst
Do you have knowledge and experience of pensions? Do you enjoy working as part of a team that prides itself on being a centre of excellence for pensions? Would you like a role where you work with data and seek improvements?
This is a hybrid role with flexibility to work virtually and from our Birmingham office with state-of-the-art facilities.

What the day will look like
* Processing and checking data and queries accurately, following procedures, and meeting deadlines.
* Supporting less experienced colleagues by reviewing files and reports per SOPs and deadlines.
* Planning and delivering project activities and client reporting.
* Generating reports for client meetings.
* Reviewing project trackers and ensuring completion of processes.
* Investigating case backgrounds using archived files and system data.
* Participating in client calls and meetings.
* Highlighting risks and errors following risk management processes.
* Identifying areas for team improvement.
* Communicating effectively with stakeholders.
* Building relationships with clients and third parties.
* Achieving targets (KPIs, SLAs, quality).
* Supporting team members and updating procedures.
* Maintaining technical knowledge and compliance.
* Performing additional tasks as assigned.
* Supporting project activities beyond core tasks.
* Managing time on chargeable activities.
* Adhering to processes and controls.
* Ensuring personal compliance with procedures.

Skills and experience for success
* Proactive and self-motivated with a desire to deliver excellent solutions.
* Experience in pensions data analysis, administration systems, or benefit administration.
* Strong time-management skills to handle multiple projects.
* Ability to identify risks and collaborate internally to mitigate them.
* Experience with MS Excel is advantageous.
