Typical Day
Perform a variety of spa treatments including massages, facials, manicures, pedicures and more, tailored to meet guests' individual needs.
Provide professional, high‑quality service to ensure a relaxing and rejuvenating experience for all clients, ensuring the proper use of spa equipment and maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, encouraging repeat visits and referrals. Assist in promoting spa services, special offers and products to enhance the guest experience based on consultations.
Stay informed about the latest industry trends and techniques to continuously enhance your skills and adhere to all company health and safety guidelines.
Responsibilities
* Perform a range of spa treatments tailored to guests’ needs
* Deliver professional, high‑quality service and maintain cleanliness and equipment standards
* Build relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits and referrals
* Promote spa services, special offers and products during consultations
* Keep up to date with industry trends and techniques to improve service quality
* Follow all health and safety guidelines
Qualifications
* NVQ Level 2 Beauty Therapy qualification or equivalent
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer‑focused attitude
* Passion for health, wellness and customer service
* Ability to establish rapport, build trust and demonstrate credibility
* Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Desired Skills & Experience
* Opportunity to further develop by completing an L3 Beauty Therapy qualification
* Knowledge of ELEMIS products and treatments
* Previous experience as a Spa Therapist or in a similar role
* NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification or equivalent, or intention to work toward it
