Support Students, Unlock Potential, Shape Futures - Join us as Complex Care Learning Support Practitioner EKC Group are seeking a Complex Care Learning Support Practitioner to join the Group. As a Complex Care Learning Support Practitioner you will support students, who require assistance with complex health care needs including personal care, invasive feeding and medication. You will support students daily routines whilst delivering physiotherapy programmes, SALT and social communication. You will work tightly with other staff members to ensure stringent record keeping is in place and all aspects of a students day are accounted for. Following the direction of the Class Tutor you will work as a member of a team to support students in small groups or 1:1 in the classroom or community setting. You will be an integral member of College staff, creating close bonds with students and being a key part in their daily social and educational journey. You will need to be highly organised, friendly, responsive and adaptive in our small but fast paced environment. Essential skills are required, however, training will also be provided to meet student individual needs. This is a great opportunity to make a real impact upon a student's College journey, preparing them for their future into adulthood, however that may look individually. Visits to the college are welcomed.
