We have a great development opportunity at The Cavendish Hotel Baslow for a Head Pastry Chef with aspirations to progress with an employer who will support you every step of the way. You will work a 4 day week. In addition to your salary, you will receive discretionary service charge and tips that can increase your monthly pay by up to £194 on average. You will work across two kitchens. One is a 1 AA Rosette Brasserie and the other is a 3 AA Rosette Fine Dining Restaurant. You will work closely with the Head Chef to ensure the smooth running of all food offerings. Your duties will be varied and will include food preparation, stock control, cleaning and menu input. The role is very hands on and will give the successful candidate exceptional experience within the restaurant business. You will also get the chance to spend some time in the kitchen garden. The Hotel is a 4 AA Red Star property, situated amidst the beautiful Derbyshire Dales.
