Community Nurse (Agency Contract -Service Care Solutions)
Location: Nottingham, NHS
Contract: Temporary, Agency
Rate: Band 5 (paid via an umbrella)
Hours: 37.5 per week (7-day availability)
1. Evening Shift: 17:00 - Midnight
2. Night Shift: 19:00 - 08:00
Key Responsibilities:
3. Provide high-quality nursing care in the community.
4. Perform wound management, including assessment and dressing changes.
5. Administer and manage medications in line with NHS guidelines.
6. Deliver catheter care for patients requiring such support.
7. Offer palliative care, ensuring comfort and dignity for patients nearing the end of life.
Requirements:
8. Previous experience in community nursing.
9. Strong skills in wound management, medicines management, catheter care, and palliative care.
10. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and nights.
11. Must be registered with the NMC.
