We are working with a warm and inclusive SEND school in Dudley that is looking for a PMLD Teaching Assistant to join their supportive team. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference to the lives of children with complex needs.
💙 The Role:
Supporting pupils with PMLD, including personal care where required
Assisting with sensory activities, communication, and learning through play
Working closely with teachers, therapists, and other support staff
Creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment

Has experience working with PMLD and/or complex needs
Is kind, patient, and passionate about SEND education
Works well as part of a team and is happy to get involved in school life
Has a positive attitude and a genuine desire to support pupils' development
