You will be the primary contact for your assigned customer base, ensuring superior clinical and health-economic outcomes and exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain deep, meaningful commercial relationships with customers.
- Connect customer strategic goals with product and service offerings.
- Co-create service delivery plans and manage cross-functional team interventions.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer engagement and product platforms.
