CNC Programmer
Location: Coventry
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000
Shifts: Monday to Friday (day shifts, flexible)

Company Overview:
A UK manufacturing business specialising in bespoke joinery and furniture, producing high-quality products for a range of clients.
Role & Responsibilities:
* Create and modify CAM programs for 3- and 5-axis CNC machines.
* Choose tooling, cutting methods, materials and machine settings to improve efficiency and quality.
* Support estimating and project teams with input on CNC processes, costs and production.
* Produce accurate works orders, drawings and technical documentation for shopfloor use.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
* CNC programming experience within a joinery or woodworking environment is essential.
* Minimum 3 years CNC programming experience, with 3-axis and 5-axis capability essential.
* Experience with CAD/CAM software (SolidWorks, Fusion 360, AutoCAD)
* Ability to interpret complex 2D and 3D technical drawings accurately.
* Experience with Biesse and B Solid machines - desirable.
