We’re looking for a Car Sales Executive to join a reputable dealership based in Nuneaton. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a target-driven environment and wants to maximise their earnings with a realistic, uncapped commission structure.
Key Responsibilities:
* Engage with customers in the showroom and online to identify their needs
* Guide customers through the vehicle purchase process from start to finish
* Present and demonstrate vehicles in a knowledgeable and enthusiastic manner
* Arrange test drives and follow up with customers to close sales
* Maintain regular contact with prospects, current customers, and previous buyers
* Handle finance and part-exchange enquiries professionally and compliantly
* Accurately update CRM and complete sales paperwork
* Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience in automotive sales or a strong background in retail/B2C sales
* Passion for cars and providing a first-class customer experience
* Confident communicator and natural rapport builder
* Goal-oriented with a proactive, can-do attitude
* Full UK driving licence is essential
