Our Vision: Continue to be the leading UK mobile infrastructure services company.
Our Mission: To be famous for excellence in delivery, embracing transformation with our people and our customers at its heart.
We are at an exciting time in our company’s development. We've come a long way since we were first formed in 2012. From the rollout of new technologies and managing complex legislation affecting the industry, we are leading the conversation on innovation and developing sharper solutions to serve our customers better. We collaborate as a team to meet the high standards expected of us and demand the best of ourselves through our values.
We are looking for an Agile Business Analyst to work alongside Product Owners to design and deliver new revenue‑generating products within our business. The role will sit in a cross‑functional squad, helping turn strategic ideas into clear, testable features that can be delivered iteratively.
What You’ll Do
* Team up with Product Owners to nail the vision and shape our exciting new products.
* Dig into customer and business needs through workshops, chats, and data deep‑dives.
* Turn big ideas into clear epics, user stories and test‑ready acceptance criteria.
* Keep the backlog sharp, prioritising what delivers the most value.
* Streamline processes across commercial, ops and tech teams from idea to in‑life.
* Work daily with experts across the business to land the right solutions.
* Support all things agile: sprint planning, stand‑ups, reviews and retros.
* Help define rules, data needs and system interactions across CRM, OSS, finance and more.
* Add value to business cases and simple financial models for new products and features.
* Jump into service design with journey maps, blueprints and wireframes when needed.
* Shape and run acceptance testing, from UAT planning to defect triage.
* Make process and role changes clear and support smooth handover to BAU.
* Track how products perform after launch and feed improvements straight into the backlog.
What You’ll Bring
* Strong experience as an Agile BA, confident working in Scrum or Kanban environments.
* Skilled at crafting crisp user stories, clear acceptance criteria and well‑structured backlogs.
* A natural collaborator who builds great relationships across sales, ops, marketing, legal, finance and delivery teams.
* Able to break down complex problems and present options in a clear, practical way.
* Comfortable mapping and improving processes without making things overly complicated.
* Brings energy to workshops and can create clarity even when things are fast‑moving or ambiguous.
* Communicates technical or data‑heavy concepts in simple, friendly business language.
* Confident using ADO, Miro, Teams and other collaboration tools.
* Experience in telecoms, towerco or digital‑infrastructure environments is a big plus.
* Has exposure to edge computing, IoT, neutral‑host, small cells or managed infrastructure services.
* Familiar with OSS/BSS, inventory, fulfilment and billing systems.
* Used to working across multi‑squad or scaled‑agile setups.
* Backed by relevant BA or Agile certifications.
* Driven by customer value and motivated by delivering outcomes that make a real difference.
* Inclusive, collaborative, and quick to build trust with a wide range of stakeholders.
* Steady in the face of ambiguity and great at bringing structure when it’s needed.
* Curious, innovative and always on the lookout for better ways of doing things.
