Duties of the VDA Estimator:
7. Assess and appraise vehicle damage accurately
8. Liaise with customers and insurance companies to ensure a smooth claims process
9. Conduct detailed vehicle estimates and assessments
10. Ensure all vehicle repairs are completed to high standards and within the agreed timescale
11. Maintain comprehensive records of assessments and estimates
12. Support the team in delivering excellent customer service
Requirements for the VDA Estimator:
13. Proven experience as a VDA Estimator or in a similar role within the motor trade
14. Strong understanding of vehicle assessments and damage appraisal
15. Excellent communication and organisational skills
16. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
17. Full UK driving licence
