We are currently recruiting for a Business Development Manager for a prestigious client based in Elland, HX5. These are permanent roles, and excellent opportunities to join a well-established, expanding company. Duties will include, but are not limited to: • Identify and secure new sales opportunities with new and existing clients • Maintain high levels of sales activity to build a strong pipeline • Proactively prospect, generate leads, and conduct cold outreach • Attend face-to-face meetings to develop client relationships • Follow up on inbound leads and maximise conversion opportunities • Deliver outstanding account management and customer service Required Skills/Qualifications: • Minimum 5 years of professional B2B sales experience • Strong telephone and face-to-face communication skills • Resilient, tenacious, and results-oriented • Excellent presentation and written communication skills • Comfortable working to targets and KPIs • Located within commuting distance of Elland, Halifax • A collaborative team player with a passion for growth Hours: • Monday to Friday • 8.30am-5.00pm • 1 hour lunch break Salary & Benefits: • £35,000 annual salary • Casual dress • Company events • Company pension • Free parking • On-site parking Click APPLY to submit your CV.
