Position
Bridge McFarland LLP is looking to recruit a full time Admin Assistant to join our Private Client Department based in Brigg.
Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to the Private Client Department with a high degree of self-management and initiative and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
* Digital transcription
* Typing legal documents
* Assisting clients in person and on the telephone
* Arranging meetings and appointments and maintaining an efficient filing system.
Requirements
* Excellent admin/secretarial skills, the ability to work to tight deadlines, and a positive, helpful attitude. Experience of working in a legal department is preferred.
* Candidates must have excellent communication and IT skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
* Please note this is not an opening for those wishing to undertake a training contract.
