What You'll be doing:
6. Work on product performance and process
7. Reporting and analysis tasks
8. Tech support for customers
9. Support innovation for engineering tasks
10. Perform root cause and corrective action as required
11. Support Manufacturing cells and engineering tasks as required
12. Design for Manufacturability (DFM), NPI and Manufacturing Process tasks
13. KPIs/metrics/data as required
Your Skills: :
14. Minimum HND or degree in a related subject e.g. STEM, Production or Manufacturing Engineering.
15. Knowledge/experience of electronics Manufacturing
16. Process improvement/efficiency/lean manufacturing
17. Can lead / participate in process FMEA, Control Plan, Process flow development, review and risk mitigation processes
18. Experience of various Manufacturing platforms
19. Technical presentation skills
20. Ideally have worked for an Engineering, Manufacturing or Defence company
21. Communication to all levels of the organisation
22. Can work as a team player, independently and challenge status quo as required
