This campaign has roles available in several locations. You may select up to 3 location preferences, but this is not mandatory. Do not choose locations you are not prepared to travel or relocate to at your own expense. Candidates offered posts in locations they have expressed as a preference and who decline or are unable to start within a reasonable timeframe may be withdrawn from the campaign. These vacancies are not currently eligible for new applications for Visa Sponsorship on the Skilled Worker route for candidates who do not have permission to be in the UK as a Skilled Worker as of 4 April 2024, even if relying on tradeable points. Work Coaches are customer-focused and dedicated to delivering exceptional service with empathy and compassion to people who need their support. You will use sound judgement to help people through difficult times, and your tailored coaching can help them find, stay in, and progress in a job. You will work with customers, employers and colleagues through a combination of face-to-face, digital and telephone contact on a daily basis.
