Responsibilities
* Lead the store team, managing the assistant manager, supervisors, and sales assistants.
* Motivate and support the in‑store team daily to achieve store targets, identify and maximise opportunities to surpass KPIs, and set the example in exemplary Pandora customer service.
* Maintain a strong retail floor presence, educate and influence the store, and ensure back‑of‑house activities enable successful commercial execution.
* Become a Pandora product expert through thorough training and nurture the team to unlock their full potential and support succession planning.
* Translate Pandora's local and global business strategy into store, regional and division KPIs and drive a culture of exemplary customer service.
Qualifications
* Proven experience driving sales and profitability in a store.
* A passion for creating a culture of exemplary customer service.
* Ability to understand and translate Pandora's business strategy into measurable outcomes.
* Experience using data to identify trends, issues and root causes, and taking action to deliver on opportunities.
* Strong communication skills to establish and coach a high‑performing team.
* The ability to adapt and remain flexible to changing business needs.
* A positive, can‑do attitude with contagious enthusiasm for Pandora products and core values.
* A well‑presented appearance with a taste for desirable products.
* Prior experience with a leading brand and/or desirable consumer product retailing is preferred.
* Senior supervisors or current assistant managers looking for a new challenge are encouraged to apply.
