Your new role
This is a true business partnering role within a business that is firmly focused on the future, transforming operations, embracing innovation, and creating opportunities for growth. The role is a 12-month maternity cover position, with an ideal start date of January 2026.
Supported by Centres of Excellence in recruitment, reward, and advisory services, you will work closely with Regional Management teams across three sites in Suffolk and Norfolk, under the guidance of the Group HR Director. Your remit will include delivering a business-aligned People Plan and HR strategy, covering workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, and change initiatives.
Acting as a trusted advisor, you will coach and support managers, ensuring they have the confidence and capability to lead effectively. Building strong relationships with managers and stakeholders will be essential to understanding business priorities and addressing people challenges. You will also provide accurate HR data and analytics to support strategic workforce planning, manage employee relations cases, and contribute to regional and group-wide HR projects.
