For over 36 years, we have supported families facing homelessness, relationship breakdowns and other challenges, helping them build safe and stable futures. If you want to gain HR experience while making a real impact, this is the role for you
Your Role & Responsibilities:
* Maintain and update HR records accurately and confidentially.
* Assist with recruitment tasks including posting adverts and arranging interviews.
* Support onboarding processes, preparing induction packs and training records.
* Help with HR projects such as policy reviews, wellbeing initiatives and engagement activities.
* Respond to basic HR queries and support HR staff with day-to-day tasks.
Who We're Looking For:
* Organised, detail-focused and keen to learn HR processes.
* Good communication skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.
* Team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
* Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
