Receptionist / Administrator – Part-Time (Job Share)
Location: Ripley
Contract: Temporary to Permanent (3–6 months initially)
Hours: Monday – Friday, 12:30pm – 4:00pm (Afternoon shifts)
Pay: £12.50 per hour
SF Recruitment is delighted to be working with one of our valued clients in Ripley on a fantastic part-time, job share opportunity. We are recruiting for a Receptionist/Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis, with the view to go permanent in the end for the right person.
This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, approachable, and thrives in a fast-paced, varied environment—while seeking part-time hours.
Key Responsibilities:
Providing general administrative and office support.
Acting as the first point of contact for visitors, calls, and emails.
Handling and responding to customer enquiries.
Processing sales and purchase orders.
Producing reports to support the wider team.
Supporting with ad hoc tasks and projects as needed.
What we’re looking for:
Previous experience in administration or reception.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
A friendly, professional, and proactive approach.
Immediate or short notice availability.
