This market leader is smashing growth records year after year and is on the hunt for a Head of Sales who can supercharge their next chapter. With a powerhouse portfolio in UK Grocery, your expertise here will be gold and if you bring e-commerce or international know-how, even better. You’ll take charge of a top-performing team, driving revenue and unlocking new opportunities while coaching, inspiring and setting the bar for excellence, no micromanagers here, just autonomy, trust and the tools to win.
Backed by serious investment, a visionary long-term plan and products across multiple categories, this is your chance to shape a business on the brink of even bigger things with a clear path to Commercial Director.

* Lead and deliver the UK Grocery strategy, driving growth with the country’s major retailers, Boots, H&B & Superdrug.
* Build and deepen strong relationships with key grocery accounts.
* Drive collaboration across Sales, Category, Marketing, E-commerce and International to unlock opportunities and enhance customer value.
* Own and deliver key commercial initiatives, including conceptual selling, sustainability, and range optimisation.
* Achieve Gross Profit, EBITDA and market share growth targets.
* Champion a people-first leadership approach, coaching and empowering your team while giving them autonomy to succeed.
What We’re Looking For:
* Strategic commercial operator with a broad business mindset, not just a transactional salesperson.
* Strong, proven relationships across UK Grocery.
* Boots, Superdrug & Holland & Barrett would be an advantage!
* Consumer-first thinker who works back from the customer to create solutions.
* Someone who understands the international distributor landscape.
* Skilled in influencing, motivating and developing teams in a non-corporate, autonomy-driven culture.
* Strong internal communicator who can influence and align stakeholders.
Salary: £80,000 - £90,000 + Car Allowance + Big bonus potential + Package
