Field Service Engineer (Gates, Barriers, Automatic Doors & Roller Shutters) Must have experience with Gates, Barriers, Automatic Doors or Roller Shutters. We are working with a leading UK-based engineering firm that specialises in the maintenance and repair of access control systems including Automatic Gates, Barriers, Roller Shutters, and Automatic Doors. Due to continued growth and national demand, we are recruiting experienced Field Service Engineers across multiple UK regions. Locations : Warwickshire & Oxfordshire – Gate and Barrier Engineers M25 & M4 Corridor – Automatic Door / Multiskilled Engineers Northwest & Yorkshire – Auto Door / Roller Shutter / Multiskilled Engineers Salary : £35,000 – £42,000 (DOE & Location) Job Type : Full-Time | Permanent Key Responsibilities: Service, repair, and installation of automatic gates, barriers, roller shutters, and automatic doors. Diagnose faults and carry out effective repairs. Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships. Participate in an on-call rota for out-of-hours support. Ideal Candidate: Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role. Background as a Gate/Door/Roller Shutter Engineer or Multiskilled Installation & Service Engineer. Clean UK driving licence. CSCS card preferred. DHF, GATE SAFE, ADIA or ADSA certifications are advantageous (training provided if not held). Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
