<div><h3>Overview</h3><p>Our graduate scheme offers a fantastic opportunity to develop commercial experience in a friendly and rapidly‑growing renewables company. You will gain experience in all aspects of our business, from sales processing to operations and accounts, with a particular focus on technical activities in our operations, software and technical sales divisions.</p><p>The post is initially for one year, with the possibility of moving on to a permanent position thereafter.</p><h3>Who We’re Looking For</h3><p>You are intelligent, friendly, detail‑oriented and eager to take on early responsibility in a growing business. You are ambitious, have a head for figures, strong communication skills, and you want to make a difference in a dynamic industry.</p><h3>What It Offers</h3><p>• Salary: £27,500<br/>• 25 days holiday per year plus bank holidays<br/>• Friendly, informal office environment with teamwork and a shared environmental ethos</p><h3>Programme Rotations</h3><h3>Solar Business Development</h3><p>Engage new customers, use our Easy PV platform to design solar and storage solutions, and help move prospects to loyal customers.</p><h3>Renewable Heat Team</h3><p>Learn the technical details of heat pumps, handle customer enquiries, and develop our Heatpunk heat‑pump sizing software.</p><h3>Software Development Team</h3><p>Work on our internal systems and our popular PV tools – Easy PV and Heatpunk – tailoring your tasks to your strengths.</p><h3>Off Grid Systems</h3><p>Support the design of solar and storage solutions for off‑grid applications and assist the sales and operations teams.</p><p>Additional business functions you may experience include:</p><ul><li>Operations & Purchasing</li><li>Marketing & Communications</li><li>Business Development</li><li>Administration & Accounting</li><li>Sales / Account Handling</li><li>Warehouse & Logistics</li></ul><p>You will also have the chance to spend a month or two at our Dublin subsidiary and at our Glasgow branch.</p><h3>Career Path</h3><p>This hands‑on introduction equips you with skills transferable to any growing firm and offers insight into a career in the renewables industry.</p><h3>Equal Opportunities</h3><p>Midsummer Energy is committed to making diversity, equity and inclusion part of everything we do.
