We are looking for passionate individuals to join our HR team as a Senior People Partner at our Gloucester site. As Senior People Partner you'll partner with senior leaders, and lead strategic initiatives, to drive change & value-add solutions across the HR function. Key responsibilities include: Provide expert HR support to the business, managers, and employees Deliver generalist HR role projects to elevate the employee experience Drive workforce planning initiatives Coach leaders to build high performing teams Act as a catalyst for meaningful organisational change. Use insight, data, and innovation to continuously improve the people and culture agenda while modelling the leadership behaviours of Safran Together, guiding teams with clarity and purpose.
