Job Title: HSE Advisor Location: South West Salary: £32,000 – £65,000 per annum (dependent on experience) Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent Role Overview A structures and civil engineering contractor is seeking an experienced Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Advisor to support projects across the South West. The successful candidate will play a key role in promoting a strong health and safety culture across site operations, ensuring full compliance with current legislation, company procedures and client requirements. This role will involve regular site visits, working closely with project teams, site management and senior leadership. Key Responsibilities Provide day‑to‑day health, safety and environmental support to site teams working on civil engineering and structural projects. Advise project managers, site managers and supervisors on health and safety matters, ensuring safe systems of work are implemented and maintained at all times.
