Job Opportunity: Sous Chef
Platinum Recruitment is partnering with a well-established Country Pub Group to find an exceptional Sous Chef for their kitchen team. The pubs are located in the heart of the New Forest.
Responsibilities:
1. Assist Daily Operations: Manage kitchen activities in the Head Chef’s absence, ensuring high standards of food preparation and cooking.
2. Team Training and Delegation: Inspire and train team members, delegating tasks to maintain smooth and efficient kitchen operations.
3. Supervise Food Service: Support the Head Chef in leading the team throughout the day.
4. Promote Teamwork and Hospitality: Foster a positive team environment and a welcoming atmosphere for both staff and guests.
