As a Quality Advisor operating across the Severn Trent Water region, you'll join a forward-thinking SHEQ team with a strong reputation for delivery and integrity. From day one, you'll take the lead in promoting and embedding high-quality standards across complex civil and MEICA projects — ensuring that installations meet the exacting standards required in the utilities and environmental engineering sectors. The Role As Quality Advisor, you'll report to the Regional Head of SHEQ and work closely with delivery teams across multiple sites. Your day-to-day will include auditing, advising, coaching and collaborating. You'll maintain the internal quality audit programme, carry out investigations, support with document control, and provide practical support to ensure works meet client and internal quality standards. The role also involves contributing to the management and development of the Integrated Management System (IMS), leading root cause analyses, supporting training delivery, and helping ensure continuous improvement across all areas of project execution. You'll be both a hands-on site presence and a strategic contributor — driving excellence at every level.
