The successful Accounts Assistant will be someone who has strong previous transactional experience, who can support the team and work under their own initiative. A high attention to detail is essential for this role as well as previous experience in the following Accounts Assistant tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Purchase Ledger Processing
* Sales Ledger Processing
* Bank Reconciliations
* Credit Card Reconciliation
* General Office Duties
* Supporting Credit Control when necessary
* Holiday cover when necessary
* Ad Hoc Accounting Tasks
Essential Skills and Experience:
* Previous experience in an accounts assistant or transactional processing position essential
* High attention to detail
* Logistics and haulage experience advantageous
* Sage 50 experience advantageous
