Job Title: HR & Resourcing Lead

About the Role
The main purpose of the HR & Resourcing Lead is to provide advice, guidance, and support to the site’s Senior Management Team on the interpretation and implementation of Priory’s HR policies and procedures, ensuring consistent employment practices. The role involves managing HR workflows, leading recruitment and onboarding activities, and liaising with various stakeholders to ensure compliance and effective HR management.
Responsibilities
1. Manage HR administration processes accurately and timely.
2. Lead a small team of HR & Resourcing Administrators.
3. Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and screening processes.
4. Ensure compliance with mandatory training and renewal of DBS and professional accreditations.
5. Lead the annual Employee Engagement Survey and facilitate staff meetings.
6. Support managers in absence management and HR investigations.
7. Maintain employee documentation and support HR processes.
Requirements
* Minimum Level 5 CIPD qualification.
* Practical understanding of current employment legislation.
* Experience coordinating HR activities, ideally within healthcare.
* Strong relationship-building and organizational skills.
Additional Information
Role to commence in mid-June with a comprehensive handover.
