William's Den, a multi-award-winning Adventure Play attraction in East Yorkshire, is looking for bubbly people to become a "Play Pioneer". You'll have exceptional energy levels and a passion for creating engaging and fun activities for children, helping them learn through play and nature. You'll bring joy and magic to each visitor through guided play activities.

What makes a great Play Pioneer?
* Outgoing, fun and adventurous with a great sense of humour
* Love of the great outdoors and play
* Very confident to initiate play, get people involved and engage with everyone
The fun is endless, running den-building competitions, crafts, interactive storytelling, performing as William (our mascot), organising sports, leading a nature trail or getting everyone up dancing at our events
What experience do I need?
At least some of the following:
* Worked in some capacity with children and families. This could be performing, cruise ship entertainment, coat/animation/kids rep, teaching, classroom assistant, hosting parties or teamwork.
* Skin/mascot work. Bushcraft, scouts or guides. Team sports.
* Performing Arts or Education background.
* Must have heaps of confidence to get everyone involved with all the fun
Play Pioneer's working patterns can vary, but usually weekends and weekdays in the East Riding school holidays (including days off with a rota to see your working pattern well in advance).
Please bear in mind that we are set in a beautiful rural location in North Cave, with limited public transport. So the ability to reach us with your own transport is crucial.
We need energetic, fun people to fill these special roles.
