My client are hiring for a full time administrator based to work along side our team in an ever growing office environment. They are looking for a strong individual to take on this role with the opportunity for career progression.
Tasks will include:
* Perform various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the office
* Maintain and update records and databases
* Process and schedule yearly contracts
* Schedule reactive call outs & remedial works
* Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including phone calls & emails
* Schedule appointments and meetings, and manage calendars for engineers and surveyors
* Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
* Assist with data entry and data management
* Provide general clerical support to staff members
Required Skills:
* Strong organisational skills to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities
* Proficient in data entry and record keeping
* Experience using microsoft office
* Ability to use computerised systems for document management and communication (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
* Professional phone etiquette and communication skills
