This is a highly automated, high-volume environment where engineering is central to performance, efficiency, and continuous improvement. The role is ideal for an engineer with either a mechanical or electrical bias who is proactive, forward-thinking, and motivated to drive improvements-not just maintain operations. As a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring production and packaging lines run at optimal performance. Working closely with both production and engineering teams, you'll deliver effective reactive maintenance, carry out planned preventative maintenance, and support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at increasing reliability and reducing downtime.
