Commercial Finance Manager - Northampton

Responsibilities
* Lead the preparation of full management accounts, including P&L and balance sheet reconciliations for each care home.
* Present financial performance to the CFO and senior leadership.
* Produce weekly reporting for Directors and Senior Managers.
* Manage VAT and CIS returns across the Group.
* Drive the annual budgeting process, collaborating with Regional Managers and Operations Directors.
* Lead ad hoc projects—from process improvements to performance deep-dives.
* Contribute to strategic initiatives such as new home integrations and financial modelling.
About You

* Proven experience leading budget and forecast processes.
* A background in large, complex businesses (ideally 100m+ turnover).
* Confidence to challenge and support operational teams.
* A track record of improving systems and processes.
* Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
* Excellent IT and financial systems proficiency.
