Reporting to: Marketing Manager Responsibilities Contributing to, developing and implementing marketing plans Create marketing email campaigns in Mailchimp, Mailshake and Bullhorn CRM Writing and proofreading copy for social media, website and emails Managing and updating websites (using Wix and Squarespace) and social media accounts (using Loomly and Tiktok) and implementing activities to improve performance and increase engagements Data analysis, evaluation and reporting on campaigns and marketing activities Providing data and reports to help the sales and business development teams Organising and attending exhibitions, seminars, webinars and events as required Creating and editing artwork/design/presentations/animations for online and offline marketing and sales collateral, and training courses Photography, creating and editing films, animations and images Liaising with designers and printers as required Contributing to the production and distribution of marketing collateral Researching tenders and creating submissions Conducting market research, exploring customer opinions and gaps in the market and monitoring competitor activity Supporting the Marketing Manager and Delivery teams, including keeping the Marketing Manager up-to-date with all marketing department activity including marketing spend Maintaining and updating customer databases Managing logins for training courses Managing passwords for all marketing accounts Ensuring all marketing processes are kept up to date Essential Experience Previous experience in a marketing role ideally within the healthcare or technology sectors Either degree educated, CIM qualified or strong previous experience Graphic design skills including image and video manipulation, with experience using Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator and Capcut or similar packages Experience of digital marketing and awareness of digital media techniques Experience of Social Media Management Tools such as Loomly, Buffer, Hootsuite etc Knowledge of SEO practices Demonstrable copywriting experience Experience of CRM Management and Email marketing such as Mailchimp Essential Skills Good analytical, IT literacy and numeracy skills, especially MS Excel to intermediate level Excellent spoken and written English Language communication skills Good organisation and planning skills The ability to work well as part of a team and good interpersonal skills Drive, motivation and enthusiasm The ability to work flexibly, under pressure and to deadlines The ability to use your initiative and the confidence to 'sell' your ideas Attention to detail Ability to work in a challenging and fast-paced environment Self-motivated and able to work independently/autonomously and prioritise tasks Driving licence and access to a car Other Details Ideally based around the High Wycombe area Monday to Friday 9.00-5.30pm Hybrid 2 days in the High Wycombe office remainder WFH
