SF Recruitment are partnering with a medium sized organisation seeking an experienced and passionate HR professional to join their team. This role offers an excellent development opportunity, supporting the business as it progresses towards a future Business Partner model. You will play a key role within the team and gain valuable exposure across the organisation. In the interim, you should be comfortable balancing HR advisory responsibilities alongside some core administrative duties while the business transitions to the new BP structure.
This role is super exciting with a lot of planned growth, our client are looking for a HR generalist who doesn't want any two days to look the same. You will work really closely with stakeholders leading on all operational activity and supporting with strategy as well as get involved in a range of projects. Responsible for supporting managers with a wide range of people issues (performance management, training, disciplinaries, grievances etc), maintaining and developing recruitment and induction solutions to enhance their employer brand on the market & candidate journey. You will also be able to support with employee engagement, talent management, reward, employee benefits and much more throughout the business.
It is essential you can display the following to be successful for this role:
* Experienced at advisor level and delivering on all generalist HR day to day activities
* CIPD Level 5 or 7 qualified or working towards
* Data driven and have a huge eye for detail
* TUPE experience would be advantageous
* Previous regulated industry experience would be advantageous
