Job Description
The In house Property Solicitor will be:* Advising on acquisitions and disposals of commercial, residential and agricultural property* Advising on landlord and tenant matters and leasehold arrangements* Drafting and negotiating licences, easements and related agreements* Assisting with legal matters involving utilities, telecoms and statutory undertakers* Ensuring legal risk is effectively managed across all property transactions* Supporting the delivery of large-scale infrastructure requirements* Working closely with internal stakeholders and external advisors
3. * Maintaining consistent legal standards and documentation
The Successful Applicant
The In house Property Solicitor should be:* A solicitor with 3 years PQE plus in commercial property* Experienced in acquisitions, disposals and landlord and tenant work* Familiar with easements, licences and land agreements* Commercially aware with strong attention to detail* Able to manage a varied workload in a fast-paced environment
