MHE Operator - Wellesbourne

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for MHE Operator to work with a leading logistics company in Wellesbourne. We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team, where you will be responsible for the efficient operation of VNA, Reach, Counterbalance, LLOP, and HLOP equipment. Your attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be essential to ensure timely deliveries and maintain inventory accuracy.

Shift patterns:

• Different start and finish times
• Monday to Friday, fixed schedule

Pay rates:

• £13.86 hourly

Must-have requirements for MHE Operator:

• Valid in-date MHE certificates/licences for VNA, Reach, Counterbalance, HLOP, and LLOP
• Previous warehouse experience operating MHE safely
• Good understanding of warehouse health & safety rules
• Ability to complete pre-use truck checks and report defects
• Confidence working at height where required, especially VNA/HLOP
• Accuracy when picking, put-away, replenishing, and moving stock
• Ability to follow site procedures, traffic routes, and loading rules
• Good attention to detail and awareness of pedestrians and other vehicles
• Flexibility to support general warehouse duties when needed

Desirable requirements for MHE Operator:

• Valid license and minimum of 6 months experience operating required MHE trucks
• Safety-first mindset and positive attitude
• Reliability, punctuality, and strong work ethic
• Teamwork and willingness to support others
• Clear communication with supervisors and colleagues
• Ability to follow instructions and remain calm under pressure

Role for MHE Operator:

• Operate VNA, Reach, Counterbalance, LLOP, and HLOP trucks efficiently
• Handle and process goods within the warehouse environment
• Maintain inventory accuracy through precise stock movement
• Perform pre-use truck checks and report any equipment defects
• Adhere to site traffic routes and loading safety procedures
