Aspiring Teacher The Role
* Support class teachers across Early Years, KS1 or KS2, depending on your strengths and interests
* Work with small groups or individual pupils to reinforce core subjects such as Phonics, Reading, Writing and Maths
* Assist with lesson planning, classroom organisation, and pastoral care
* Help prepare learning materials and contribute to creating a positive learning environment
* Support pupils with additional needs through targeted interventions
This full-time role is ideal for graduates exploring a long-term career in primary teaching.
What We're Looking For in an Aspiring Teacher
* A 2:1 degree or higher from a Top 20 UK university
* AAB or higher at A-Level
* A passion for education and supporting children's development
* Strong communication, patience, and empathy
