We’re currently seeking a skilled and motivated individual to take on the role of Senior Flexographic Printer at our Lincoln site. Reporting directly to the Print Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating 8-colour flexographic printing presses, ensuring consistent high-quality output and supporting continuous improvement across the department.

To be considered for this opportunity you’ll need to be able to demonstrate:
* Proven experience operating flexographic printing presses
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality

* Reliability, excellent timekeeping and a positive, team-oriented mindset
* Experience operating Windmöller & Hölscher and/or Comexi presses (desirable but not essential)

The Lincoln site is a key part of our UK operations, and this role plays a vital part in delivering high-quality printed packaging to our customers. You’ll be responsible for monitoring print quality, adjusting press settings, managing ink levels, and ensuring accurate production data is recorded. You’ll also support training and continuous improvement initiatives within the team.
Shift Pattern:
12-hour continental shifts (4-day working week):
* 2 day shifts (7:00am – 7:00pm)
* 2 night shifts (7:00pm – 7:00am)
* Followed by 4 days off
