We're looking for a dedicated and proactive Maintenance Person to help ensure our home is safe, comfortable, and beautifully maintained for our residents. Your work will make a real difference to the well-being and happiness of everyone in the home.
What you'll be doing
* Keeping our home in top condition, ensuring a safe, welcoming, and comfortable environment for residents and staff.
* Identifying, reporting, and resolving any maintenance or safety issues, helping the home run smoothly.
* Working with local contractors, providing guidance and support to ensure planned and preventative maintenance is completed efficiently.
* Maintaining accurate inspection certificates and records to make sure all work meets quality and statutory standards.
* Supporting the Home Manager to continuously improve our environment and services.
