This Learning Support Assistant role is ideal for someone who is calm under pressure, patient, and skilled in helping pupils regulate their emotions and re-engage with learning. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with the SENCO, classroom teachers and the pastoral team to support pupils who may present with emotional dysregulation, social difficulties, or challenging behaviour. You will play a vital role in helping them succeed both academically and emotionally. Learning Support Assistant Responsibilities: Supporting KS1/KS2 pupils with behavioural and emotional needs.
