Job Title: Temporary Sales Administrator
Location: Wakefield (WF2) Parking Onsite
Hourly Rate: £13.00 - £13.50 per hour + Holiday Pay + Office Angels Benefits
Hours: Monday - Thursday 8.30am - 4.45pm (3 days in the office, 1 from home!)
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 5 Months initially, may extend!
Responsibilities:
* Coordinating Information: Ensure smooth communication and distribution of information between the Sales & Marketing department and other teams.
* Supporting Sales Managers: Provide assistance to Sales Managers and the Sales & Marketing Director in launching new developments.
* Filing & Administration: Keep the sales department organised with efficient filing systems and general administrative tasks.
* Sales Support Materials: Coordinate the provision of sales support materials for each development.
* Order Management: Raise orders for the Sales and Marketing department as needed.
* Price Lists Maintenance: Regularly update and distribute price lists to site teams weekly.
